The brand ambassador
Nhlanhla Nene is breaking convention and blossoming into the role of new Chivas Regal Brand Ambassador for the South African market. Hailing from Johannesburg, Nhlanhla holds an Honours degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Johannesburg and graduated from the Chivas Brothers Whisky Academy in the UK.
“I present and represent the brand and its values, my job is to educate consumers, bartenders and the media about the wonders of Chivas Regal which is the world’s first luxury whisky, from the brand heritage to the differences between the specific blends.” For Nhlanhla, her dream job is also a metaphor for her life.
“My success, my pride and my passion are a blend of all my life experiences and all the people who have influenced and encouraged me on this journey. Success is a blend.”
